Enjoying the last summer days

Hello to everyone! :)
It's unbelievable that in two weeks school starts again. I mean, holidays just began and now they are nearly over?! Where has the time gone?
Despite that, I had a great holiday, at first I spent two weeks in Finland where I visited my relatives, and then I had an amazing time in Italy with my best friend. Yesterday I was in Vienna, and I don't know why I'm still alive, it was so hot and I know now how dying feels like... However, the weather was great, and I was able to take a lot of pictures of the beautiful landscape outside of the city. As I came home at midnight yesterday, I decided to write the blog post about the trip now, otherwise I would have fallen asleep ;)

Together with my mom and dad I traveled to Vienna with the train. I love it, sitting in the train, drinking some coffee, hearing music, using free Wifi ;) and just enjoy the view. I love traveling anyway, if it's in the plane, car or ship but my absolute favorite is obvious traveling with the train. When we arrived in the city we walked through the shopping malls but I didn't have time to shop, though :( It's hard, if you see a Forever 21 or Zara and you can't go in. Well, these are girl problems I guess haha. However it was still a nice trip, because we were at the outside of the city and not in the center. Everyone who plays with the idea to spend some days in Vienna, should drive to the beautiful "Kahlenberg". It's unmissable! The view is amazing, also the fact that there aren't a lot of people because only less know this place. After that we walked down to "Grinzing" which is a nice and small village also at the outside of Vienna. As we drove home again it was 8 p.m. and when we arrived in Salzburg I was so tired, because Laura is not made for the heat! ;) All in all it was a funny and nice trip, with a lot of new impressions and I'm glad that my parents love traveling too, otherwise I wouldn't have the ability to travel so often. Now I wish you a nice evening and if you go to Vienna someday, think of my words, you must see this breathtaking view at the "Kahlenberg"!! Goodbye for now and take care! X

Weird thoughts

my favorite place

How I love those summerevenings.. being outside, going through the woods, listening to the birds, hanging in my thoughts and just being alone. It's so comfortable, when you don't have to talk with someone. Just being in your own world without an interruption. Some days I hate my home a lot because the village where I live isn't very big, there's no shopping mall, cinema and the worst.. no starbucks! :O but then there are days, like today, where I can't imagine to live somewhere else. Everytime when I sit at my favorite place I think about nearly everything. How I will manage my last school year, what I will do after (?!). Will I travel the world and live in an apartment with big windows and a beautiful balcony and three cats and a dog? Will I be married? Or not? Do you know such thoughts? Sometimes I think about things that noone else would understand. To be honest - I'm a little bit afraid of the future. I want to live a life I will be proud of. I want to create something, I wanna have a little family someday. But what if I didn't find someone who will love me truly and who I will love truly? Maybe it's to early to think about this, I mean I'm just 16, but anyway. Do you know the struggle? You set goals and have plans for the future and then it doesn't exist? However, this is life and this makes life interesting. I'm sorry for this blog post which has no structure in it, but I just wanted to write down what I'm thinking at the moment. I promise you, the next posts will be better. ;) I wish you a good night and take care! X

in love with this shirt <3

Staying healthy

As a vegetarian I'm always searching for new recipes and I must say, I find more than I think. Today I tried to make a special ice cream and I was very surprised that it worked. Everyone knows smoothies nowadays, they are healthy, tasty  and full of vitamines. What I wanted to try was to make a smoothie ice cream. In addition to that I had a very healthy meal consisting of salad, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and potatoes. You have to know that I'm very bad in cooking so I'm always very proud of me when the food tastes not too bad *haha*.
But back to my smoothie ice. You might know already how it works but I wanted to write it down though. I think you can make the ice cream with every type of smoothie so you can be creative with the selection of your fruits.

I chose:
banana
nectarine
strawberry
raspberry
blueberry
apple

After cutting the fruits you have to puree them, to make it liquid, put some water in it. Now your smoothie is ready. The next step is to put the smoothie in the ice cream forms, which you can buy at amazon. After doing this, put them in the freezer. Let them in the freezer for one day, maybe two and then your self-made ice cream is ready to eat!

Late night post - shopping haul

Hey you! :)
I hope you are fine and everything is okey. The reason for this late night post is, that I'm not able to sleep... This sucks! However, i thought I could show you my new clothes which I bought some days ago in a beautiful city called Linz. Everytime when I'm in Linz I make a big shopping trip through the whole city. I love shopping! You too? What I don't love are the costs. Why are the beautiful things always so expensive? Anyway, I'm really happy that I found so much and I'm looking forward to autumn when I can wear the new clothes.

The shops where I bought those stuff are: Vero Moda, Only, H&M, Pimkie and Bershka.
And now to my absolute favorite which i saw at h&m and I was like "omg I must have this!" It's perfect (!!), you know it has that special something. Oh yes, I fell in love with this backpack. *haha*

It's 00:48 now and I will try to sleep again. Have a good night and take care! X

On top of the world

~ when you're on top of the world, do yourself a favor and just enjoy the view rather than looking for ways not to fall ~

With this quote I want to start my first blog post. Today my dad and I went on a hiking/climbing-trip at the alps. Climbing in the mountains is probably one of the best feelings in the world. When you look down at this small towns and fields you feel so free and you realize the beauty of our blue planet. The mountain we climbed today is called "Schober" and 1330 m high. To be honest, I've never heard of this mountain before, but I'm glad to know it now. Spending a day with my dad is always something special because with him, also silence is comfortable. I really enjoyed the trip and hope that this wasn't the last mountain we climbed. Although my legs are hurting now and also my head I'm so proud that we did this beautiful hike.
I wish you all a nice evening, morning, night, afternoon, whenever you'll read this post. Goodbye for now and take care X

Hey you! :)

In order to improve my english, I thought about creating a blog where I will try to write everything in english what might be difficult sometimes.. we will see ;) Anyway,  my name's Laura, I'm a 16 year old student and I live in Austria. In one year I will finish school and I'm sure - after my final exams the time of my life begins. What I will do after school? I want to study psychology. But first I will take a gap-year where I want to travel, doing interrail and this stuff, work and capture experiences. I'm really looking forward to this year, because I know, it will be amazing. I love to travel, so the most blog posts will be about traveling probably, but I also want to share other things of my life with you :) I don't know, if I will manage it, to write a blog post regularly, but I will try. :) Goodbye for now and take care X
